7.30pm Battle of the Bands - at the Mart. Up to five bands will compete for the Kathryn Tickell Trophy. Finale with Last Orders, winners of the BBC Radio 2 Young Folk Award in 2007. Tickets £7, students £5. Promises to be a great night!

8.30pm Dancing Ceilidh - with Heads on the Block, caller Jim Smith, at the Jubilee Hall Come along and have some fun....tickets £5

9.30am Children's Competitions	- Open to children of first and middle school age (4 - 13 years) living within a 10 mile radius of Rothbury. Venue: Rothbury First School Canteen. Please click on 'Competitions' tab at top of page for details.
10.30am Northumbrian Pipes Workshops	- Jubilee Hall Novice (not suitable for absolute beginners): with Nigel Jenkins Advanced: Colin Ross
10.30am Singing Workshop	- All Saints Church, with Mal Waite
10.30am Clog Dancing	- at the Market Cross with Hannah James (weather permitting)
12.30pm Open Competitions	- From 12.30pm in a number of venues. Please click on 'Competitions' tab at top of page for full details.
1pm Outdoor Stage	- Pipe Band Parade followed by music, song and dance on the outdoor stage, MC David Oliver. Including the winners of the Battle of the Band competition, Last Orders, Newcastle Kingsmen Sword Dancers, Clog Dancer hannah James, Tyde, Folkedans-freistaren from Norway
6.30pm Concert	- All Saints Church featuring some competition winners and judges, Finlay MacDonald, Chris Stout and Malcolm Stitt, Mal Waite, Jonny Kearney.....tickets £5. MC Mike Tickell.
8pm Northumbrian Pipes and Singaround	- Drop in to the Q Lounge at the Coquet Vale
8.30pm Ceilidh (non dancing)	- in the Mart, with Finlay MacDonald, Chris Stout and Malcolm Stitt, Mal Waite, Hannah James, Newcastle Kingsmen Sword Dancers and many more...tickets £10. MC Andrew Miller.
